Order Tracking
Your tracking lives in your Bio Glow Labs account. Log in, open Orders, and every shipped order has a tracking link.
Log in to track your order
Use the email and password from your Bio Glow Labs account. Your orders and their tracking links are under My Account → Orders.
Log in to My AccountForgot your password? Use “Lost your password?” on the login page to reset it.
- 1Log in
Sign in to your account with the email you used at checkout.
- 2Open Orders
Go to My Account → Orders to see every order and its status.
- 3Track your package
Click the tracking link next to any shipped order to follow it with the carrier.
You’ll also get a shipping email with your tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. Questions? Email [email protected].
