Research use
What are your products intended for?
All products sold by Bio Glow Labs are intended solely for laboratory research and educational purposes.
They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease.
Are your products FDA approved?
No. Our products have not been evaluated or approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
They are sold strictly for research and laboratory use only.
Do you provide instructions for use?
No. Bio Glow Labs does not provide instructions, protocols, dosage information, or guidance for use.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used only in accordance with applicable laws and research standards.
Who can purchase from your website?
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that products will be used solely for lawful research purposes.
Orders & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

- Zelle
- Cash App
Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments are processed at checkout. If you choose Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App, you’ll receive simple instructions for sending payment after checkout, and your order is processed and shipped as soon as payment is confirmed.
Can Bio Glow Labs cancel an order?
Yes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to violate our Terms & Conditions.

Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, and most of the European Union. International shipping is a flat rate by region: $24.95 to Canada; $39.95 to the United Kingdom, Mexico, and most of Western and Northern Europe; and $64.95 to Eastern Europe, Croatia, and Cyprus (see our Shipping & Returns page for the full country list). International orders are not eligible for free shipping. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their country.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping on orders over $250 (US only).
Returns
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the nature of research and laboratory products, all sales are final.
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
